When can I reset my account?
Once your account is breached, the Reset option will be available directly in your Trader Dashboard for 72 hours. After 72 hours, the Reset offer expires.
What happens when I reset?
· You pay approximately 40% of the original challenge price.
· You receive a fresh account at the same account size.
· Your previous trading activity is cleared.
· You remain on the same challenge type.
· Your account starts again from its original starting balance.
· The standard rules of your program continue to apply.
Think of it as a fresh start at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new challenge.
Already Passed Phase 1 of a 2-Step?
Even better. If you successfully passed Phase 1 and then breach during Phase 2, you don't have to start the entire challenge again.
You can purchase a Phase 2 Restart at an even lower price and restart directly from Phase 2.

How do I purchase a Reset?
If your account is eligible, log in to your Trader Dashboard and select Reset next to your breached account. Your applicable Reset price will automatically be displayed based on your program and account size.

For 2-Step traders who have already passed Phase 1, you can keep your Phase 1 progress and restart directly from Phase 2 at an even lower price.
