I Didn’t Receive My Login Credentials

If you’ve completed your purchase but haven’t received your trading credentials yet, don’t worry, this is usually a quick and easily resolved issue.

Step 1: Check Your Email Carefully

After completing your purchase, your login credentials are automatically sent to your registered email address.

Be sure to check:

  • Inbox

  • Spam/Junk folder

  • Promotions or Updates tab (for Gmail users)

Sometimes emails can be filtered incorrectly depending on your email provider.


Step 2: Allow a Few Minutes for Processing

In most cases, credentials are delivered within a few minutes.

However, slight delays may occur due to:

  • Payment processing confirmation

  • High system demand

  • Email provider delays

👉 We recommend waiting 5–10 minutes before taking further action.


Step 3: Confirm Your Email Address

Make sure:

  • You entered the correct email address during checkout

  • There are no typos or missing characters

If the email was entered incorrectly, your credentials may have been sent to the wrong address.


Step 4: Contact TF8 Support

If you still haven’t received your credentials after checking the above:

  • Reach out to TF8 support via live chat or email

  • Provide:

    • Your full name

    • The email used during purchase

    • Your order/payment confirmation

Our team will quickly locate your account and resend your credentials.


Important Notes

  • Credentials are sent only after successful payment confirmation

  • Each account has unique login details, do not share them with anyone

  • If you purchased multiple accounts, you will receive separate emails for each one
