👤 Can I Register Multiple TheFloor8 Accounts Using Different Emails?

At TF8, each user account must belong to the individual who registered and operates it. Creating or managing multiple user accounts under different email addresses for the same person is not permitted.

Individual Ownership Requirement

Your TF8 account must:

  • Be registered under your own personal details

  • Be used and managed by you

  • Successfully pass KYC verification under your identity

⚠️ You must not:

  • Create accounts under someone else’s name

  • Complete KYC on behalf of another person

  • Trade on an account that does not belong to you

Failure to comply may result in:

  • KYC rejection

  • Account suspension or closure

  • Loss of payout eligibility

Why Multiple Accounts Under Different Emails Are Not Allowed

Using multiple email addresses for the same individual can:

  • Create conflicts during identity verification (KYC)

  • Trigger compliance and risk checks

  • Lead to delays in payouts or account reviews

To maintain a fair and secure environment, TF8 requires:
👉 One user = One account identity

Related Policy Reminder

  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited

  • You may only trade accounts that are registered under your name

  • Copy trading or tools (where allowed) must only be used between your own accounts

What If I Already Created Multiple Accounts?

If you’ve registered more than one account using different emails:

👉 Do not proceed with KYC or payout requests yet

Instead:

  • Contact TF8 support immediately

  • Provide details of your accounts

Our team will review your situation and guide you on the correct steps to avoid:
