When Is a Refund Eligible?

You may request a refund only if:

  • No trades have been placed on the account

  • The request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase

When Are Refunds Not Available?

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You have placed any trade on the account (even one)

  • The request is made after 14 days from the purchase date

Once trading activity begins, the account is considered used, and the purchase becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.
